Your wristband is your ticket into the festival. All wristbands include a RFID chip that you will scan to enter the event. You can link your wristband with your credit card to quickly and easily purchase food, drinks and merch with the tap of your wrist. You can also purchase items with your credit card. Cash will not be accepted as RiverBeat is an all cashless event.

Yes, there will be ADA viewing areas at each main stage.

No, pets are not allowed within the event grounds. Also, emotional support animals are not permitted. However, service dogs which have been trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability, are welcome. Mini horses are not considered service animals.

Festival patrons can leave and re-enter the venue until 7:00pm (local time). Patrons will scan their wristband each time they leave and must pass through security each time they re-enter the site.

The safety and well-being of our fans, artists, guests and staff is our highest priority. Organizers work closely with local officials to ensure the safest possible fan experience. You’ll notice uniformed and plain-clothed security throughout the festival grounds. They are there to keep you safe, so don’t hesitate to ask them for help if you need immediate assistance.

Yes! We will have multiple food vendors that will serve vegan and gluten free options.

Yes. Hydration stations are available inside the festival. You may bring one empty, refillable water bottle with you into the festival. Water is also available for purchase.

No. Camping, RV parking and overnight vehicle parking is not allowed at RiverBeat.

All entrances are ADA accessible.
Each main stage will have ADA viewing areas.
Accessible restrooms will be located around the festival grounds near the entrance and stages.

All ages are allowed to attend RiverBeat. However, due to venue safety and capacity restrictions, we do not offer any age-based discounts. Children under 3 do not need a ticket, 1 child per ticked adult.

For the safety of everyone entering the festival, all fans are subject to a full and complete airport-style search prior to entry. This may include a full body pat-down and magnetometer screening before entry. If you would like to be screened by security personnel of your same gender, please let security personnel know prior to the search process. Screening of children will always take place with the consent of a parent or guardian.

What bag checks should I expect at entry points?
Our security personnel conduct thorough yet respectful bag checks at all entry points to prioritize the safety of all attendees.What types of bag are allowed?
Clear bags not exceeding dimensions of 14"x17"x6"
Clear single-compartment drawstring bags that meet the event’s bag-size requirements
Clutch purses no larger than 6"x9" are permitted and do not need to be clear

Wristbands have started to be shipped! You will receive tracking information via email once your wristband is in transit. Do not put on your wristband until you are on your way to the festival. Once it is tightened, it cannot be loosened.
